In 1991, the Roshgold Group designed and developed a unique co-operative to meet the hospitalisation needs of its members. Roshgolds research highlighted the need for a collective fund to assist and pay for members high cost of medical care whilst hospitalised.
Roshmed became a reality and has since its inception been of great benefit to its members as they enjoy the dual benefit of a hospital plan and a return on investment.
