Al Fidaa Foundation is a registered Non Profit Organisation formed in August 2008 to assist the needy in the Eastern Cape. Our ambition is to assist the impoverished of all demographics and creed. To to this we approach the problem of poverty via a 3 point strategy:

SOUP KITCHEN AND FEEDING PROJECTS to provide nutritious meals to impoverished communties.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS initiated to educate and empower individuals in order to gain financial independence and employment.

SOCIAL WELFARE AND POVERTY ALLEVIATION Projects to provide social welfare to the poor.

As an independent faith based welfare institution it is committed to the economic, educational, spiritual and social upliftment of the destitute. SANZAF’s core activity is the administration for the collection and distribution of Zakah, Fitrah, Fidiyah and all other forms of Sadaqaat. SANZAF’s Welfare Projects are designed to assist needy families and individuals with their short term poverty alleviation requirements as well as their long term educational and developmental needs in order to assist them in becoming financially self-sufficient.
