Wahid Consulting is led by Imaauddin Wahid, who has in excess of 20 years’ forensic audit, management and legal experience. Imaaduddin is an Attorney of the High Courts of South Africa, a registered Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa and the Ethics Institute.

Prior to Wahid Consulting, Imaaduddin was with two of the premier law firms in South Africa and a ‘big 4’ auditing firm.  He also successfully handled a number of high profile investigations whilst he was with the Office for Serious Economic Offences, and has recovered considerable sums of monies for his clients.

The firm KAROLIA-SURTEES, as presently constituted commenced practice as such in 1989. However, its roots can be traced to 1981 through its predecessors, Mayet and Karolia, Surtees and Ismail and Mayet Karolia Surtees and Ismail. Hassen Karolia is the senior partner with more than 30 years of experience presently conducts the practice under the name and style of KAROLIA-SURTEES and he is now professionally assisted by his son Mohamed Karolia. They are supported by a dedicated team of loyal staff as well as having many links and associations with numerous other firms in the Johannesburg and Pretoria area.
