KCC was founded in 2014 by Mariam and Zakeem Khan originally from Durban but currently residing in the North Coast and render services all over KZN

Under the guidance of Mr AK Khan who has over 20 years of experience in the catering  field..

They decided to get together as a husband and wife team and open up Khwaja Caterers and Cuisine PTY LTD

Mariam (Owner and Manager) brings an extensive catering background, specialising in sweetmeats, cakes, savouries and is also a great cook not to forget that she is a master henna artist. She has day-to-day responsibility for operational activity, and is the friendly face and voice of KCCBacked up by a wealth of experience and knowledge our team are dedicated and will do their best to accommodate all your wishes and ensure your event is a complete success

Our cuisine is halaal and ranges from English dishes to Indian dishes. Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisine native to India. These cuisines use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruit. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious and cultural choices.
